You’ll receive official e-mail confirmation directly from Lennox Headquarters with your 10-year extended parts warranty. That’s not even the best part, every Lennox Furnace comes with a 20 Year, Limited Lifetime Warranty on the Heat Exchanger, the heart and most expensive part of your Furnace.
Custom Furnace Ductwork Fabrication
Every furnace, and basement mechanical layout is different. We custom-fabricate precise transitions to optimize your airflow and eliminate noise.
Furnace Venting Upgrades
Modern high-efficiency furnaces cannot rely on old chimney, or ABS venting. These venting systems are no longer up to code. ABS venting has been banned due to cases of the pipes cracking from expansion & contraction during the winter and exhaust gases leaking inside homes. We make sure to upgrade your intake and exhaust pipes to System 636 PVC, the current TSSA Standard.
Air Filter Rack Upgrades
One of the most beat up parts of your furnace. The filters get stuck, you fight with it to take them out. Every install gets a new one, we never re-use the old filter rack.
Licensed Gas Furnace Installation
Safety, adherence to regulations, and general good practice are an absolute minimum. If your older Furnace gas connection is restrictive, or no longer up to code, we will re-pipe it to meet standards. TSSA Registered and G2 Gas Technicians with Pressure Test tags left behind.
Leak-Free Duct Sealing
We’re doing all this work, let’s make sure the air goes where it's supposed to and not heating up your Furnace room. We make sure to seal all new transitions and connections with heavy duty, UL 181 certified foil tape.
Precision Furnace Commissioning & Wiring
Want to know if someone did a good job? Look at the little things. How neatly are the wires put away, are the condensate lines strapped nicely and flat to the frame? We’ll be here once, so lets take our time and do it right.
Furnace Relocation
No way, you mean to say your builder left the Furnace in the middle of the basement? Shocker. In all seriousness we get questions about this all the time. Yes we do move Furnaces. The ductwork attached to it, the Gas Line and Manifolds if necessary, the HRV connections, condensate lines, AC Lines, all of it.
Hydronic Fan Coil & Air Handler Installation
More of a European flair. Many new builds and custom homes use these heating systems. They run on hot water from your Water Heater, Tankless or Boiler. Extremely durable due to their simplicity. A fan to blow the air, one control board, and a copper coil that retains the heat from the hot water flowing through it.
