HVAC Rough-In Services
Layout Planning: On-Site visitations to plan layout and minimize running into other trades such as plumbers, and electricians.
Gas Meter: Consultation on Gas Meter placement to minimize running into other trades (plumbing, electrical, etc) and optimize gas flow
Ductwork Rough-In: Roughing in of supplies, returns, ventilation (range hood, bathroom, dryers, HRV/ERV), combustion intake, and exhaust piping
Gas Piping
Gas Piping: From the meter or propane tank on the exterior of the home, to inside the mechanical room, along with any additional gas appliance runs (BBQ, Gas Range, Fireplace, etc.)
Precise Load Sizing: Pipe design adheres to TSSA standards, optimizing system capacity to ensure all appliances operate simultaneously without line pressure drops.
HVAC Equipment Installation
Installation: Installation of Heating, Cooling, and Ventilation equipment as specified in Heat-Loss calculations
System Commissioning: Full configuration and startup of equipment as specified by the manufacturer & TSSA, whichever is more stringent
Code Compliance & Certification
TSSA Pressure Tags: Complete pressure test tags attached to all gas lines & appliances.
Fuel Activation Sign-Off: Initial Heat Activation Forms filled out and left behind on equipment ensuring approval from your local Gas utility supplier
